When you submit a study request we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, country, and project details. Technical documents are exchanged only after a mutual NDA is signed, through a private upload link.
Your data is used solely to prepare quotes, deliver the requested study, issue invoices, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All project documents are treated as confidential under the signed NDA, stored securely, accessed only for the purposes of the study, and deleted on written request after project close-out.
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (your study request) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your personal data at any time by writing to the address above.
Request and invoicing data are retained as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Project documents are retained only as long as needed to deliver and support the study, unless you request earlier deletion.
We use reputable third-party providers for form delivery, electronic signature, secure file transfer, and payment processing. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy and only to the extent needed to provide its service.
