BuildGrid provides independent, document-based datacenter engineering studies (the "Services"). Each engagement is defined by the confirmed scope, price, and delivery date stated in the order confirmation email.
Prices displayed on the website are indicative "from" prices. The binding price is the fixed price confirmed by email before payment. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery dates are counted in working days from the later of: receipt of payment and receipt of the complete document set listed in the order confirmation. If required documents are missing, the deadline is paused until they are provided.
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed before any technical document is exchanged. Its terms prevail over this section for confidential information.
Deliverables are independent professional opinions based on the documents provided. They do not replace detailed design, permits, or statutory verifications, and BuildGrid does not act as engineer of record unless expressly agreed in writing.
BuildGrid's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. BuildGrid is not liable for decisions taken by the client or third parties on the basis of the deliverables, nor for consequential or indirect damages.
Services are payable in advance through the payment link provided. Work begins once payment is confirmed. Invoices are issued automatically upon payment.
Requests may be cancelled free of charge before payment. After payment, cancellation is possible before work has started for a full refund; once work has started, fees are due pro rata to work performed.
Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the deliverables for the project concerned. Methodologies, templates, and tools remain the property of BuildGrid.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the seller's place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
